ART T.O.SI take payment through PayPal or Kofi.Full upfront is preferred, but I will also take payment after sketch. Payment plans for trusted clients are also possible (only for 100€ or more).If a refund is requested, the amount refunded will depend on progress already done. Nothing done = full refund.I keep the right to decline all and any commission for any reasons, and do not need to provide said reasons.I like having creative freedom over my work, if you’re looking for something specific, I am not the one for you.Please provide a clean reference, with little to no obstruction, such as large watermarks. Unless you want me to guess things, then provide whatever you want, so long as it’s your oc.My commissions are done with personal use in mind, so unless agreed upon beforehand, do not use them for commercial purposes.
If you use my art for or in generative AI or NFTs, you will be blocked and blacklisted.My turn around time (t.a.t) varies a lot, as I struggle through unchecked health (physical and mental), and unsteady schedules that I can’t fully control.Expect a tat of between 3 weeks to 6 months.
If it it takes less time, good for us, if it takes longer, you will be made aware.I do struggle with speaking up when I have an issue, on top of also being relatively slow at drawing, but do keep in mind that if I accepted the commission, it likely means I already had an idea going in. I rarely back out from what I start, and if I ever do, you will get a refund.

DESIGN T.O.SWhen the design is bought, given, or otherwise obtained by you, the client, it is yours to use.Please however, do give me permission or access to see my designs, as I like to keep track.
Similarly, do no delete them! Trade them, store them elsewhere, or send them back, so long as they stay on-site.Do not remove my favorite from a design I've created.If you use any of my designs to propagate hate (hate speeches, lgbtqia+phobia/hate, etc) or support what I don’t (zoophilia, pedophilia, etc), you will be blocked and blacklisted.
